Mary; Will anyone be discussing “Krugman’s law” (whatever that might be) in 2300? My own theory is that Krugman seeing how we fell off a cliff - is seeing that maybe his theories are maybe wrong. No man wants to see that. By arguing we didn't spend enough he can always say that ...."I was right we just didn't spend enough". He can argue as John has pointed out that, ...our deficit wouldn't have been so bad if we had just spent a lot more. But that is an endless game. He can argue that no matter how much we spend. steve
