<Between reading about the economic troubles I'm also reading about new breakouts of Avian Flu and Acidity Levels in the Oceans becoming less tenable for sea life.> Don't get me started on the state of the environment or health in the US... a major flu epidemic (expected by most biologists) could be devistating with the current state of average Americans immune systems IMHO... throw in the potential of it being a "super bug" thanks to all the anti-biotic use and it's downright scary. The economy could easily be the least of our troubles. Throw 50 million wacko's with assault rifles into a major epidemic with millions killed in the middle of a depression....
