Thanks for the thought, ig. I like fresh spinach, so it's no problem. I think if my present diet was wrong at 222, it would have been wrong at 232 or 242. But I will add some spinach to the mix. Good idea.

Years ago I never ate spinach. Now I can eat two 9 oz bags a week. It goes with about everything I eat for lunch or supper. I also have added celery to many meals. It took awhile to get use to the taste but now I like it fine. Helps fill you up and has some good fiber. I usually steam the broccoli and asparagus
when I find them on sale. I also use peppers, mushrooms and eat walnuts each week. I still like red meat but don't seem to eat it as often.
