I'm taking a deeper look at almond milk. I'm wondering about its omega-6 content. Apparently, there's more than one kind of omega-6 oil...

...and some omega-6 oils, in large quantities, are inflammatory (linoleic acid and arachidonic acid), while others aren't. I haven't sorted it out yet with regard to almond milk, and I won't be able to get around to it before tomorrow.

Do you have a link to some instructions?

Here you go:
youtube.com

Most instructions recommend soaking the almonds in water overnight for extra nutritional benefits. She doesn't show that part in the video (trying to keep it simple). We soak them overnight in the VitaMix (blender) and rinse in the morning.

(I was just asking my wife some questions about almond milk and she heard me typing up this post -- and she just hollered upstairs: "Are you telling everyone about almond milk?? YOU'RE GONNA DRIVE UP THE PRICE OF ALMONDS, HONEY! DON'T TELL ANYONE!!")
