If the upper end gets 3% off their last 100K of income above 250k or $3,000, how many jobs get produced do you think? Or their last million in earnings or 30K?
Now if you give the 95% a 3% tax cut, how much stimulus does that give?
Dont get me wrong, low rates are always good. But with todays issues, they are just about meaningless. Not one high income person will do one thing difference if they had a 4% increase above 250k adjusted gross earnings.

"You do know the upper end creates jobs for the lower end."

So, using a non sequitur to say 'no'...

"The poor don't hire people, they get hired by those with the resources to hire them."

The problem with this is it isn't even wrong. Just not relevant.

Your are focused only on supply. We don't have a supply problem, but a demand one.
