BusinessWire, Friday, October 24, 1997 at 13:55

CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 24, 1997--Cincinnati-based
OneNet Communications, Inc. is taking instantaneous communications
to its zenith by introducing the OneNet ADSL line, which allows
users to communicate at speeds five times the speed of a standard T1
line.
It is the first large-scale deployment of Rate Adaptive Digital
Subscriber Line (RADSL) Technology in Cincinnati's downtown
commercial properties. RADSL is a modem-based technology that
transmits technology over standard telephone lines at speeds up to
75 times faster than today's more common analog modems. Cincinnati
is said to be one of the only half a dozen markets where this
service is available.
The largest Corporate Internet Service Provider (ISP) in the
Greater Cincinnati area, OneNet is the first ISP to offer the
asymmetrical digital subscriber line (ADSL), which can instantly
transfer even such large data loads as large-format graphics, huge
data files, and even high resolution video. The ADSL service is
powered by FlexCAP2(TM) RADSL from Westell Technologies, which
allows downtown businesses to receive multi-media content at data
rates exceeding T1 digital lines, saving customers money on
installation, equipment, and monthly service fees.
"The ADSL line allows companies of all sizes to have real-time
speeds on a real-time budget," says Rodney Sizemore, OneNet director
of sales and marketing. "For a cost as low as $800, companies can
transfer enormous data files at the blink of an eye. The expanded
bandwidth of ADSL even enables on-site video conferencing with
quality that is pleasantly surprising."
To find out more about this breakthrough technology and how it
can help improve the speed and quality of data communications,
contact the OneNet Communications corporate office at 513/554-1NET
or at its web site at one.net .
Based in Evendale, Ohio, OneNet Communications, Inc. is the
largest corporate Internet Service Provider (ISP) in the Greater
Cincinnati area. Started in 1994, OneNet has grown from a two-man
operation in the back of a computer store to a 40-person team using
the latest in digital communications in the Internet access
industry. With a full, redundant T-3 connection directly to UUNet
Technologies, OneNet is part of the Internet backbone, serving up
Internet access to more than 11,000 corporate and community clients.
With corporate headquarters located in Aurora, Illinois,
Westell (NASDAQ:WSTL) is a leading worldwide innovator and
manufacturer of xDSL systems and telecommunications access products.

If substantial contracts have been signed, I would assume that WSTL would have to disclose them in the 10Q which should be filed by 2nd or 3rd week of Nov.

Maybe we can get the new that way?
