Tesla was a genius far beyond his time - too complex both for his age & probably even ours... Yet his idea was brilliantly simple - tap into the energy in the ionoshere and direct massive energy anywhere - either for constructive purposes or destructive purposes. The connection between him & H.A.A.R.P. relates to the use of the ionoshere and the full relationship is probably only known to a very few. I am not a scientist, but am hoping someone out there may have valuable insights - thanks.
