How is $13 billion a year in tax incentives for Big Oil consistent with a free market? If those subsidies are strictly used to bring domestic sources of energy online, then I'm all for it (within limits). Why are you so opposed to supporting energy independence of ANY KIND that provides a reliable source of energy? You seem more than willing to spend billions on unreliable sources of energy that will fail to either compete, or replace, the existing energy infrastructure. That's nothing more than putting a pace-maker on a patient with heart disease when what is required is a heart transplant. Hawk
