1. why did you need brinker to make money during the mid 90s? i think you have confused association with causation.

2. i have no idea what fleckenstein was saying in 1993. can you cite some data that shows he was bearish in the market since 1993?

3. you don't seem to be too good with the "big picture" so what was fleckenstein saying to invest in in 1993? as i found out, fleckenstein was telling people to invest in gold in the 2000s - and gold is up almost 300% since its lows and it is currently holding its value. perhaps he had another 300% winner of which you don't know about.

4. i don't have a "man." i evaluate what all people say and compare it with the data points i observe and my understanding of human behavior. i gather information and reach my own conclusions.

i'll leave the "men" to folks like you.
