For any given level of volatility in the underlying, a 200% short ETF will suffer much greater decay than a 100% long ETF.

I took a stab at this - avg price 59.85. Chart looked interesting on 2/10 and Celente convinced me and what he says about leverage in the commercial RE mkt is scary. Cast iron stomach required though to hang in with it - no question
