but you are a lying sack of crap, so you claimed you did...like the MBA you hold, but think marketing is horseshit...

Seems to me I'm not the guy lying. You're the one claiming to be all about the environment yet living in a 5,000 square foot Limosine Liberal place of abode. Not me.

Why are you stuck on my MBA? I don't consider it a major accomplishment; hell, I partied the entire year, being one of a few single guys in the program that year. Certainly, becoming a CPA, at that time, was far more difficult than any graduate degree, and the MBA is a trivial accomplishment next to any other graduate program I've been in.

As to your words about Marketing, my wife's MBA in a marketing specialty and it helped make her successful. But marketing is mostly about people skills. I've known great marketing people who couldn't analyze their way out of a paper bag. One is a big shot with the biggest marketer in the country, now filthy rich. I don't think he could have passed Business Math without some pretty major help.

He's got an MBA in carbon credits.

Al, > Not in a million years...but you are a lying sack of crap, so you claimed you did...

Heck I thought he was serious as well. I would have at least put quotes around the phrase "carbon credits" and said something like, "I spent $0.89 on them, and now I'm covered. True story!"

As for having a 5,000 ft2 house, it would HAVE to be energy-efficient. I can't imagine paying the utility bill for heating and air-conditioning, much less worry about my "carbon footprint."

Of course, you could always lower your thermostat (like Obama wants) and wear a sweater in the winter. Then in the summer, just eat popsicles. I remember spending a summer in Korea back when most households didn't have air conditioning. What a great excuse to go to the local grocery store and spend the equivalent of 12 cents on an ice cream bar!
