That is when i purchased my first house :( $800/month making $13.00/hr and put 15k dwn on the house lol $43,000 21% took it out for 1 year , bankers told me i was nuts interest rates going to 30+ % forecast , lol i said are u nuts , noway .

1 year later came time to resign 13%

1 year later again 8%

doesn't matter now lol don;t have the house or the wife lol
