Sankar, I do not have a level II system to determine if these blocks were sales or buys. Yet, the stock made the low of 2.375 few days back, when the stock stops making low, one can expect a DCB. However, I am afraid this DCB will be anemic, and usually, after such a massacre, a long time is required to rebuild technical strength. At the current pricers, even my defective anaylsis shows the stock to be selling at fair value. As a bottom fisher, I usually like to see a stock debased to much less than fair value before I jump. This is one reason I am not in a rush, but believe me, Ankar, it is on my radar screen.

I wouldn't touch this stock until after earnings... With CTYS's management / statement style, a "marginal miss" of earnings most likely means they lost money. If that happens, this stock will be going much lower. The accumulation by small investors will only make it worse.
