Adam Frustration is starting to mount on my end. I guess I get like this whenever this stock starts to drop. It does not make sense to me.If all the "I's" are dotted and the "T's" are crossed why the drop? I believe with the expression " All dog's have their day ", but this dogs not showing any life these days. Do you think that maybe Hewlett Packard is going to announce an equity stake at this Telcom show mid week? Is Vertel going to have any of their main competition around them at this show? Any thoughts on the Telco mkt. in general? any thoughts on the general tech mkt. sell off? ML

Well, my guess is that the 10 year commitment is to assure customers that they are making a safe investment. I don't think a buyout can be inferred. BTW, I like the looks of: HP/Vertel/MSFT. Not to forget Siemens and Newbridge... There have been RETX buyout rumors and talk of a 13D filing. I think some other party is doing this investing, but I don't actually know anything factual about it, this is just a hunch. I've heard tell that some additional Sonoma news is coming soon also. I would like to know more about RETX competition. Can you contrast OSII? others?
