How are you feeling now at 60 lbs lighter?

Like a human being rather than a baby whale. I hadn't carried those pounds for long so I could easily remember what it was like not to have to lug them around. It feels like being reborn.

You mentioned paleo. Are you on a paleo diet?

I haven't studied it but from what I know there's a lot in common. I am not following any published plan, just putting together what makes sense to me and what I have discovered over the years works for me. I think my allowed foods are most like Atkins but I restrict calories and he doesn't. I eat animal proteins including trimmed but fatty flesh, Dr Davis's approved vegetable fats, and smallish quantities of the lowest glycemic fresh plants. As little food as I can without suffering or setting myself up for failure.

BTW, I bought some almond flour. Haven't figured out what to do with it yet. Most recipes for it are baked goods, which I don't eat. I will try it as a breading for fish. I miss breading on fish. I will also try making meatloaf with it. I miss meatloaf, too. Do you suppose that blending almond flour with water would make almond milk? I'm way too lazy to do it your way.
