Now the meat thing... a little I think is OK. If you look at pre McDonald's Japan those guys were healthy. In my case it's a personal choice, I like animals. I don't miss it one bit. In fact after 20 years I'm such a good cook meat actually is... well it's like carrion to me.

Broccoli and oatmeal are great. I use Stevia from Trader Joe's for a sweetener on oatmeal. No calories and it's pretty natural being derived from stevia plant leaves. No calories to speak of.

Totally love my umbrella. It keeps me cool and it's right there for those unexpected High Sierra rain showers.
