I need to add a 20 minute session on a bike at the gym to my dancing. But I haven't been able to find the willpower to do it.

I think it is 80% nutrition, 20% exercise. I was able to turbocharge my weight loss last time I got way out of my range by rollerblading some 20 - 25miles every day or every other day, while keeping my carbs to a minimum - maybe 50 grams.

This time, I am in no rush, and it is freezing in Central Park, as I type - 30 degrees F - and has been freezing almost non-stop since I started on January 1st.

Joe

finally broke 190. hit 189 for the first time. it seemed i would never break through the 200 and flew through the 190's. i remember it was several weeks of holding steady then another drop. in addition to bike 6 to 6.5miles (20minutes a sweat work out) i have now expanded dumb bell work out to 15 min. from 10 min. totally exhausted after work outs but feel great the rest the of the day and lots of energy.

i haven't changed my meals. and my mid day meal is still loaded with salad as high as i can pile it. never hungary.

222.6 Down one and one tenth's of a pound. I have been bouncing around 220 for 60 days now. Let's see if this is the start of a downward trend over the next month.
