I'm just astounded that Chris Matthews called President Obama "Barney Fife" on the air.

Are you sure that wasn't a reference to Geithner as he was the last person mentioned prior to the Fife comment?

Hoo boy, doesn't that sound Presidential? Lord help us, I hope Obama finds his feet, for all our sakes.

One of the very few times I disagree with you, Nadine. I hope he becomes more "Fife like" every day. I hope he becomes so much a public ridicule that the comedy usuals turn him into their favorite target. He has a paper thin skin wrapped around a huge ego, accompanied by total corruption and no real world experience. The dems are partying now, but they are dancing on quicksand and don't know it.

I would sure like to see a utube of that. I'm having a hard time believing it.

Chris Matthews called President Obama "Barney Fife" on the air.

OH..........OK.........I see!

Although I always gave Andy the benefit of the doubt when it came to common sense. I can't do that for The One.
