Hi AJ, Yes the $TNX is heading north, we have seen the lows in yield in the benchmark US 10 year note. It becomes more apparent by the weeks that go by. I was telling a long time associate last night that I won't ever see the long end of the yield curve in the US that low again, not in my lifetime!!

I believe we have hit the secular low in the 10 YEAR NOTE YIELD back on Dec 18th at 2.038, with a successful retest of 2.050 on Dec 29th. If this is the case it's been years and years in the making.

The daily yield chart is advancing in a very impulse looking manner. Bill Gross was absolutely correct when he commented that US Long term debt was trading with bubble like qualities back in late Nov and Dec of 2008.
