Do you or anyone else here have an opinion on whether there is a difference in Vitamin D made from wool oil instead of fish oil? I saw some on sale local. It didn't say Vitamin D3 but it did say cholecalciferol which I assume is D3. It also was in softgel form.

I did a google search and found this blog by Dr. Eades where this was asked. He seems to say no difference.

Gee........that's interesting. We take both Vit D and Fish Oil every single day. Maybe we could cut back to every other day. He had his D levels read at his last physical, and is well within normal ranges. I haven't been to a doc in three yrs, but have been taking high doses of D and Fish Oil for about a yr and 1/2 now.
