The guy just doesn't have the guts to commit to anything - and then making it happen...or fade away.

Taro,

Sometimes i think you live on a different planet. Damn man...the last thing you would accuse Obama of is to not commit. In a month he has passed a big stimulus plan, ordered closure of Gitmo, announced exit from Iraq, increased troops for Afghanistan, proposed radical departures in the budget and you are saying he is not committed? You can disagree with the things he is doing, but to say that he is not taking risks or is not committed shows you don't read. Where are you living these days?

PS: Stop quoting Dick Morris...he is the dumbest sonofabitch ever. The only media that will give him air time is Fox...

He has committed to plenty. How it all works out in the end is how he should be judged. Whether or not he inherited the situation is beyond his control but he sure did want the job and would sound better just to deal. He is supposed to represent America. He sounds like a whiner at times. Just say that I am doing this or that because the situation requires such action. If he does good then he gets 4 more years if not then goodbye. I noticed that he said "in my first term" the other day when speaking about some issue. Already he expects a second term. I did not vote for him but wish him luck as he is captain of our ship now and steering rough waters. Just do it.
