I have silent Ischemia and an EF ratio of 47. I have absolutely no symptoms but technically have heart disease. I'm trying to stay ahead of any symptoms by following TYP and other things like South Beach Diet "Interval Training" on a stationary bike and daily Qi Gong and Tai Chi. I feel and look fit but somethin cookin inside that I did not have any forecast of until 1 1/2 years ago. I hired a cardiologist 20 years ago to monitor me annually as heart disease runs in my family for the males. I've posted my plaque scores which were 116.7 and then 130 a couple of months later on the CT64 scan (I just found out about the latter when I asked my cardio if I should do the Virtual plaque scan in April--a year later. He said that it would not provide us anymore info then the things we are measuring and give me more radiation. I will check out the more complete LDL scan. Thanks for the feedback.
