"Criminals drive around looking for many newspapers out front of a house, and un-cut lawns. "

Well, you clearly have more experience with that than I do.

Universal lawn care. Great liberal idea, the poor are too burdened to afford lawn mowers and gasoline. The 50 million decrepit uninsured are too unhealthy to mow their lawns. Clearly there is a need. The need is obvious. Rich Republicans can afford lawncare, the poor can't.

Don't restrict it to universal lawn mowing, there is a vital need for edging and shrub pruning too.

I suspect its in the porkulus bill somewhere.

Longnshort, > we need universal lawn mowing to stop this crime wave.

But Longnshort, how do you distinguish between the homes that really need it vs. those that are too lazy to mow their own lawns?
