He deserted his post when he was needed the most, which is unacceptable, IMO. Unless he was fired by the BOD, that is.

My guess is the lenders are running the company and Cambou's departure was more or less the beginning of that.

While that is great PR from Cambou, he probably forgot that he was there to work for the shareholders. He deserted his post when he was needed the most, which is unacceptable, IMO. Unless he was fired by the BOD, that is.

Don't you think he did enough damage to SPSN? SPSN got decimated under his watch! He blew away over a billion dollars expanding output for a market that had no pricing power and was declining in size. He put SPSN in a situation where they had to seek bankruptcy to protect whatever was left of it!
