rb - I belong to an investment club. We have been sitting on a large percentage of cash for over a year now. We have periodically tried to put money to work in this market but have gotten stopped out on almost every attempt (with loose stops, too). It reminds me of the child who gave up studying because every time he shows up at school he gets thrashed by the school bully and then has his lunch money stolen. And the bully happens to be the son of the principal who conveniently looks the other way every time.
