Oct 15: 4,840,487

Sep 15: 4,633,517

Change: 363,705

This means all the convertible preferred stockholders must have shorted before the price dropped below $10.

Good point.

BTW- did you see the 15-7/8 point hit Spectrian (SPTC) took today?
Closed at 26-1/4 (-37.7%) Morgan Stanley, et al just did a
secondary about a month ago (8/15) at $45! <g>

I've got to believe once they get a good look at the integrity of the loan portfolio they'll goose CTYS post haste. <g>
