You see just because two totally different approaches were seen with jaundiced eyes doesn't mean Obama's lame plan could succeed. If things improve it is in spite of Obama, not because of him.

Why would history repeat itself is Obama's doing the opposite of what Reagan did?

The only good argument I see for it, is the argument that the market forces will exert such a powerful correction to the problems that it doesn't much matter what government does, but if you believe that than there isn't much point for stimulus and bailout packages.
