Chinu, Just for the record, this comes from the DDN which is more of a democratic leaning paper in Dayton, Ohio. Dayton is more of a midsized city, not really small town USA but they did have a GM plant close in December and the area has been pretty depressed economically for years. The city has a democrat for mayor who didn't and doesn't inspire a lot of confidence. I could see these projects being a nice way to help the area with improvements that are needed. Neal
