There's a rheumatologist in our town that prescribes St. John's Wort for depression, she's convinced it's as effective as Prozac and MUCH cheaper. Will get the doses this week.

Hi Bill: I found your thread a little while ago, but have been trying to read all of the postings to get a feel for it. As I have an aversion to bursting into a thread without knowing what it is about and upsetting the continuity of it... I have no illness, but am into what I consider a healthy lifestyle with exercise, trying to eat healthy foods, a positive attitude and a zest for living... I have found many snippets of info on the thread that I consider to be worthwhile and which I can put to practical use in daily living. My thanks to everyone who participates and I hope to be able to contribute in the future. Good Living Carol
