OK, can't argue with that support. My experience is a little different. I did civil litigation - a majority of which was defense work - for 15 years and am now pretty much done with it. IMHO, what clogs civil litigation dockets are discovery disputes, mostly fostered by large defendants who refuse to produce documents or witnesses as required by civil rules. And most courts' dockets are far more loaded with criminal cases than civil cases.
