I got proof Bush uttered the phrase one time. Thats it. I made an error asking for just one mention. I should have asked for more given your statement that Bush loved to say it implying he said it a lot. You did not utter any proof of any constitutional right thats been trampled on. All you did was make a wild charge about the FISA law which ignored that Congress had authorized it and the SC has approved it. Furthermore, FISA is still law now that Obama is in office. Bluffing doesn't impress anyone.
