That just happened. You think its over? It covers spending for this year. It will be back with a few minor changes - enough to change a vote and override the filibuster.

What I don't like is the use of the filibuster as rhetorical excuse by Democrats and their defenders for denying the Democrats have any responsibility for whats going on. Reading you guys, you'd think the Republicans were running Congress today.
