I want him to fail to get most (but not all) of his policies put in place. Sometimes its because even though I agree with the goal, I think the actual policies will be work against the goal, sometimes because I think the goal isn't a good goal.

I'll take an example of energy independence. I think that's a bad goal. For one thing its unrealistic, even if it would be a good thing, the effort will fail. For another moving in that direction increases costs and decreases efficiency. Which doesn't mean there is no gross gain from moves towards independence in energy, or in other areas. Not having to depend on international trade means you are less subject to pain from disruption from international trade, but trade specialization, and benefiting from comparative advantage enriches the US and the world, moving away from that is a bad idea.

Also some items on the list aren't even really goals, they are just fairly meaningless slogans.
