Andrew / Prize Energy

Could of sworn I posted a reply message to your message, but I don't see it. So, let's give it another shot.

The free ride ride I spoke about was the agreement that Prize was to retain a 10% working interest when land holdings were turned over to Canadian 88 Energy.

The press release you quoted confirms the 10% working interest.

However, I'm not totally correct on my statement. A few months back, Prize and 88 paid a hugh amount for additional Waterton acreage, with Prize paying their proportunate amount.

I believe 88 is carrying total administrative costs on the original land holdings. Prize officers and directors are 88 personnel.

Bottom line on Prize, if you you have any confidence in Greg Noval and his ability to grow this little company -- it's a can't miss situation. Don't be surprised to see Prize involved as a joint venture partner with Canadian 88 in the future. I'm depending on it.
