GaBard, I agree with you concerning the trading volume. It is unusually heavy with suspicious trades taking place. But, what "penny" doesn't have its share of momentum players and MM's dinking around with them? Remember though, ACCY has only 2 million in the float. If/when news does cause excitement, that won't leave many shares for MM's to play with. It won't stop them, but, it'll sure make it harder to manipulate IMHO. I like your strict analytical approach- it helps temper my exuberance for any stock.<BG> But, I also think that one needs to look at other "intangibles" besides just "numbers" in determining a stock's potential. Granted, T.V. rights might be late in getting scheduled, but, it is still 7 weeks away. Their managament team is comprised of individuals whose expertise is in golf AND tournaments, and David Marr obviously has an edge with the pros based on his late father's pro status. I like that kind of management. 600k in earnings? Who knows. Then again, who knows EUTO's true worth? As much as we speculate, we are dealing with non-reporting companies for the time being. But that didn't stop me from buying into EUTO. As you have stated "it's a no brainer" Why? True, we have numbers stating we own the float and the squeeze is just a moment away, but, we also needed the cooperation of Brad and have to have faith in our fellow shareholders as well. My point is, sometimes I think DD can't be based on just "numbers", or trading patterns alone . None of this will change your mind, nor, was it intended to.<g> I just felt I had to present another side of the DD equation that I use to help determine if a stock is right for me. To each his own. I just happen to combine my DD with your DD! :) Now if ACCY folds and Damion Loth is last seen in Aruba, then all bets are off and you can disregard this post..................<G> Theo
