Obama lifted the restriction on funding, that is essentially funding, without the lifting no funding would have happened. Its unreasonable to try to spin that in to any sort of misrepresentation, and esp, in to "(purposeful) misrepresentation of the situation in order to create emotionalism and sensationalism", let alone "throwing in with radical hate groups". As for your other point, at the margin the existence and funding of the research provides extra incentive to create extra embryos. I can see why you don't consider this to be a very significant connection to the killing of embryos, but at a minimum its a minor one, making your talk of intentional misrepresentation again rather unreasonable.
