It looks like everyone is now comfortable that the boogie man has left the room and the Semi cap companies will head back up and beyond their highs real soon....I for one don't agree.....The stock may make another pop up and make it into the 40s, but I'm having alot of trouble figuring out why it will stay there for long.

I have read the bullish stuff on this thread recently and it consists of analysts quotes saying that we have hit the bottom...this is a buying opportunity, the selling is overdone and lookout above here we come. There is no fundamental reasons given for them to be so bullish, according to them it was panic selling we are now ready to resume the up move.

I put together some thoughts as to why I still feel bearish about this industry for 1998, even though some of the companies are posting good earnings this quarter.....I know how people hate to read long winded posts...so I cut it into smaller ones....and please no hate mail <g>
