Which broker sells the bonds? They are trading at $70 and can go to par soon -- very little downside because as a senior claimholder, you can get your face value $100 easily.

Ray: I do not understand why everyone is looking to B&S to clean up the mess at CTYS. B&S knows nothing about subpar lending, they know about equities, various financing vehicles (by the way, anyone knows who underwrote the preferred, was that B&S or another house?) and finding "mariage" partners (gun shot, or lolipop).

They are not going to clean the mess, they are going, at best, "repackage" the mess.
