Yes, it is very possible this might be the "launching point", but there is also the possibility there will be one more lower shakeout before we get a good summer rally. At the moment, in accordance with Amateurs Investment, we should be in the subwave 4 upswing this past week with the final subwave 5 downswing possibly still ahead of us. We should get AI's take of this past weeks action and the outlook going forward when RtS posts this week's report later on this weekend. Just to summarize one more point. The November lows for the SOX and SMH have held, but the DJIND, COMPQX, and S&P-500 have all set new lows since November 21. Don
