Excuse me, if they didn't make decisions like that, how do you justify them making millions plus millions or 10s of millions in bonuses? If they just follow orders, why aren't they closer to the minimal wagers you disparage? Heck, a program can be written to execute orders. What justifies their pay scale if they don't exercise judgment? If they do an fail, why do they deserve a bonus? Much less a hefty one?
