Will or Jon, I know nil about TA but am interested in learning. Are there any manuals or books that you could suggest that may be of help in getting started.

Will, Chip is not willing to share with us his TA methods or his reasoning - only his conclusions, which he apparently intends to repeat relentlessly.

You are wasting your breath on him, as his intention here is apparently not in keeping with the spririt with with this site was intended to be used.
