"If Obama could prove the claims about him to be specious he would be a fool not to."

I've wondered about that. The only thing I can think of is that there's something on that COLB that would be embarrassing to him. His lawyers have satisfied every judge that has looked into the case, leading me to think that his citizenship isn't a question.

Still, there HAS to be something on that COLB that he doesn't want the world to know. Maybe the father is listed as "unknown?" Maybe his mother had renounced her citizenship? Who knows? The one sure thing is that keeping the COLB private, as is his right to do, the speculation will never go away.

All I know is that the Supreme court *unanimously* rejected the cases... the cases that claimed McCain was ineligible, the cases that claimed Obama was ineligible, and the cases that claimed that *both* were constitutionally ineligible.

So... since conspiracy theorists and wingnuts of various stripes are NOT YET represented on the highest court in the land, I reckon that's it.

Move on... nothing to see here... except for the 'aluminum foil beanie' wearers.... :-)
