Rob,Also note that lb reports a PRICE INCREASE FOR THE 166 MMX chips due to sub 1000 pc market.This is great news for the WinChip. The P55C 166 , K6 166 and m2 PR 166 are the WinChip 200's main competition. Charlie

Another good source are the distributors Web pages: hh.avnet.com It shows the SRAM pricing is stable except that the 1MBit parts have comes down slightly and the forcast if down (THIS IS NORMAL AND EXPECTED). ALSO LEAD TIMES ON 1MBIT are 8 weeks and 256K are 10 weeks (up recently)which means that there is NO inventory. This is GOOD.
