Exactly....

A deliberate lie like that (cutting out the part of the video from last Fall where candidate Biden says he is quoting candidate McCain... and then FALSELY CLAIMING that 'Vice President Biden' had JUST made that statement HIMSELF --- not quoting McCain at all) is IMPOSSIBLE to be an 'inadvertent accident'.

Not a chance in Hell.
