Being in the industry, I suppose you find it acceptable that we pay double for health care. That's your vested interest. Others have a different view.

How is that a free ride? Those who operate medical tourism facilities in other countries are practicing a lucrative business. It seems a win/win to me. Am I missing something? If a doctor set up his practice on the other side of the tracks where the rent is low and he could charge less, we would consider that a positive step. Why would that practice being set up on the other side of the border rather than just the tracks be any different?
