We had a dog once that not only tore up the yard, but the hot tub cover, the garbage can, the fence, shoes anything she could get her teeth into. I was raising two very young children and something had to give, so we gave her away. I often wonder what happened to her. She was a sweet puppy, but I just didn't have the patience for her.

I assume you've provided plenty of toys? Doesn't she have more growing to do?

We trained our two little guys to come when we call them, by bribing them with a little piece of "treat" ...They have come to LOVE Chicken Jerky and will come nearly immediately. We have been getting it from Costco (made in the US of real food ingredients) BUT they have just discontinued it and have a combo of beef and chicken jerky for dogs now.

We don't give them a treat like that except to praise them when they come when called....It is the only thing that has worked so far.

What time are you leaving tomorrow? I imagine you will have just a great time!
