So you're saying that Iraq can't survive in peace without an occuping force. Is that what you're telling us? I'm saying that Bush handed Obama a stable Iraq and had any R been elected a reasonable withdrawal strategy would have been pursued which insured that stability would continue. If Obama withdraws troops precipitously, of course the situation could deteriorate. He has been cautioned time and again about this. If he loses Iraq he will be a one-term president.
