Does this apply to court enforced gay marriage against the will of the people. Do the people or the Courts have the right to decide whether abortion is legal and under what circumstance. What about the myriad Liberal Supreme Court Decisions which have overturned democratically enacted laws.<,

This subject falls under the "self evident idea of Thomas Jefferson, that all men are created equal clause"!!

Of the constitution of the United States.

It took us a while to get around to blacks, and women, and the last breech of this part of the constitution will be filled when the gay community gain their full rights-under the consituttion of the United States.

It just takes a while for some people to get a grasp on it I guess.

Wome could not vote until 1919-are you kidding? We have segregation in the south until 1964, are you kidding?

What group of people could have possibly thought that was logical and fair??

And you want the people who thought denyng the vote to women, and segregating blacks and whites, running around free-lol?
