Well, I have a soft place in my heart for Hispanics. My partner has 20 acres, some in orchards and grapes. He will not hire anglos. His comment, you hire the anglos and they don't show up, or else they do and once you pay them they don't show up the next day cause they're hung over. Hire hispanics and they're on the job site early, work hard, put in a full day and will be back next day when you ask them to be there.

Greta Van Susteren covered the Mexican drug problem tonight on "On the Record." Someone she was interviewing said that the violence has escalated because Calderon is cracking down on the Cartels and they're striking back in retaliation. (hopefully out of desperation) I don't mind helping the Mexican people eradicate these gangs and cartels. but I'm not in favor of embroiling our troops in another long drawn out war. Send in enough of our best, and it would be over very quickly imo.
