Hi JB,

Thanks for your valuable insights. You should note, however, that the recent convertible offering prospectus published by Simula gives "Boeing" as one in a series of customers for its 16G seating. Whether this amounts to a procedural issue (who pays for what, and at who's direction) would be interesting to know, although it isn't clear to me whether it is pertinent from the investment standpoint.

Thanks for your contribution, and have a good weekend.

JB, What insight can you offer on simula? Are you knowledeable about the company? What do you think the companies prospects are? How well do you think they will do in the 16G seats? Had you heard about their technological expertise from your previous employer? Obviously your experience can offer some important insights into Simula! I look forward to your response.

Zodiac/Sicma has always been an interesting competitor in the seat business. However, even through acquisition-oriented growth, they just don't seem to be able to show solid growth.

Remember, if the French make it and it doesn't have a cream sauce on it, it isn't worth a damn!
